A courtesy meeting was held between the Bangladesh’s State Minister for Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Shafiqur Rahman Chowdhury with the Saudi Ambassador Essa Yousef Essa Alduhailan, on 7th of February, Wednesday in Dhaka.

In this meeting Bangladesh urged Saudi Arabia for smoother migration processes, reduced costs, and enhanced workplace safety for its citizens working there as this middle eastern country is the largest destination for the Bangladeshi workers.

After the meeting Saudi ambassador meet the press & talked about their discussion. Ambassador said, they will recruit more medical staff as promised earlier. He also emphasized that there is no fees to issue the Saudi Visa. And the employer is shouldering all the expenses.
